Safe voltage setting?

Hi Guys,

I have OC'd my 3930 to 4.4ghz its stable and is the best I can get with the heat sink I currently use.

I have not really bothered changing the voltage but does anyone know of a baby step I can take? In other words, a slight voltage change which is safe?

Change the voltage by .05 volts at a time. Only change the voltage if the overclock is unstable.
