The asrock uefi bios has some auto overclock features with these speeds. 4.2 4.4 4.6 4.8 and 5.0Ghz.
which one do you reccomend i use on Noctua NH-U9B SE2 ? ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/Noctua-Heatsink-Cooling-92mm-NH-U9B/dp/B002SLJMQ2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=2S1EJ6TZHMIP&coliid=I3L73BI9GUIRGW)

  1. Don't use auto overclocking features, they tend to overcompensate when it comes to voltage settings.

Do yourself a huge favor and get the most out of your overclock with the least amount of voltage needed. How you ask, do some research and always manually overclock.
  2. I agree don't use them the higher ones they are very unstable.
