Hello, i am soon planning to overclock my cpu which is intel i5 3570k and the motherboard asrock z75 pro3.
The asrock uefi bios has some auto overclock features with these speeds. 4.2 4.4 4.6 4.8 and 5.0Ghz.
which one do you reccomend i use on Noctua NH-U9B SE2 ? ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/Noctua-Heatsink-Cooling-92mm-NH...)

Thanks for reading. :bounce:

Don't use auto overclocking features, they tend to overcompensate when it comes to voltage settings.

Do yourself a huge favor and get the most out of your overclock with the least amount of voltage needed. How you ask, do some research and always manually overclock.
