BSODs while gaming

I keep on getting BSODs while playing gpu intensive games. This all began after getting a second radeon HD 6950 and putting it in crossfire.

Things I've tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling video drivers, in safe mode and out of it
Tried both cards individually, and in crossfire but switching the slot
Memtest for 8 passes, no errors
Prime95 for 8 hours, small ffts, totally stable

My specs: http://methrules.com/SIW.html

Neither card goes above 80c. However my older card gets maybe 60C max, while the other hits 80C max.
Edit: I'm able to keep both cards running under 75C by tweaking the fan speeds manually, so that is definitely not a problem.

I am really thinking the card is faulty, but before I RMA it I hoped someone could help me know for sure.

Here is the information from my last 3 bsods: http://methrules.com/report.html (BlueScreenViewer report)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

It's in my first post. There's a link to SIW generated report. Click it, then scroll down to "hardware".

Can u try to run just on one stick and change the slots? Sometimes it passes without no errors and RAM stick is bad.
