Is this CPU Cooler Enough?

Hi all, I am in the process of choosing a air cooler for my i5-3570k that I would like to overclock to 4.5ghz (lets say hypothetically I can reach 4.5ghz with my chip). I have my eye on the Thermalright HR-02 Macho Rev.A (with 140mm fan) or a Thermalright TRUE Spirit (with 120mm fan). I know the CM 212 Evo is highly recommended but I can't get that here in New Zealand (and I'm paying an absurdly high price for these coolers aswell   )

Oh and the Macho is $100 and the TRUE Spirit is $70 (I said it was absurd, did I not?)
