Hd 3650 display driver not compatible

I installed new hardwear powercolor hd 3650 and tried to install drivers, came up with an error message 'the display driver is not compatible with the display adaptors(s) installed in your system. tried downloading upto date drivers but same ,,,,,,,

help!!!

Did you download ATI drivers?

Did you properly uninstall your previous drivers?

i did , even when i downloaded fix from site same problem, said drivers not installled, also had to re-register windows and knocked out ethernet controller adn smbus controller. no idea how to re-install, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
