Upgrading EM61SM/EM61PM

Hi guys, I was just wondering what would be the fastest/best processor I can upgrade my cpu to?
Right now i have AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800+ and looking to upgrade it because it's running pretty slow on games now on high settings.

Title says it for my motherboard. It's an EM61SM and it has nforce 430 (MCP61)
I saw AMD Athlon X2 7850 Black Edition Kuma on newegg, would that work on my motherboard ?

What kind of processors would work on my motherboard? I have acer e380 which is the same as acer t180 if that helps. Thanks i hope i provided enough informations.

Actually i figured out stuffs while searching, my socket is am2, and im assuming am2+ won't work?
