Happy Thanksgiving! :)

I need some advice..

I am looking to buy a replacement LGA775 motherboard. I believe i fried mine, so need advice on what to get as a replacement..

Here's what I need to put on it:

Core 2 Duo E6400
2GB Dual Channel DDR2 PC6400
SATA 3.0g/s HDD

I do slightly OC the processor, but other than that, it's pretty simple...

What's a good inexpensive board that I can get by with with a good chipset on it?

I am replacing a P5N-E SLI board that has the nVidia 650i chipset....

Thanks much!!!

Sorry 'bout that . . . this one has integrated graphics, but who cares:

any idea if i'd have any trouble OC'ing?

I've been slightly OC'ing my processor and would want to do the same in the new motherboard, actually a little more than what i have been now....

Just want to be sure I'm getting a good replacement, as the P5N-E SLI is a really good board itself....
