Gelid GC Extreme versus Arctic Cooling MX-4

just wondering if this is the right page for posting this question... anyway i just want to know which of these thermal compounds is the best for my 3570K + Cooler Master 212 EVO... GC extreme or MX-4? one page says gelid is best another one says MX-4... i'm confused...

Use the paste that comes with your 212 EVO.

Realistically there is only a 1-3C difference AT BEST when using different pastes.
