Dell 5150 dimension fit ethernet port

How do i fit an ethernet port to my dell 5150 dimension desktop? I've bought the port from pcwrld, do i just unscrew the side and slot it in? there's no spaces left but can i just pull out a usb slice that's not being used?

Presumably you have bought a PCI card -- in which case you will need a free PCI slot.

Otherwise, what kind of port did you buy ?
