Hi Guys

I want to get 3 sticks of 4 gb DDR3 for my ASROCK Extreme 3 M/B. I look at G-Skill and they have some PC3 16000 which is about the speed I want but they dont list the Asrock board in the QVL list. Should I care about that or just buy it anyway.

F3-16000CL9T-12GBTDD (4Gx3) has timings of 9-9-9-24 2n

F3-16000CL8T-12GBTDD (4Gx3) has timings of 8-9-8-24 2n

Is the 9-9-9-24 timings better.

Thanks heaps

It's recommended to buy RAMs which are in the QVL list but other models(depending on the specs) should work fine.
And between those 2,the second one has lower timings, making it a better choice(for OC'ng)
