Error 1330 XP(SP3) safenet.cab signature invalid Please help!

I am trying to install Readiris Pro 14 software but get message "Readiris Pro 14 Installer Information - error 1330. A file that is equired cannot be installed because the cabinet file Safenet.cab has an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the cabinet file is corrupt. Error 266 was returned by WinVerifyTrust."

I would be grateful for any advise on how to overcome this problem.
