How do I get my computer out of safe mode.

When I try to open internet explorer or one of my office programs nothing happens. Then I tried to look for help and it says - windows cannot find helpctr.exe. When I try to open an office program it says - The windows installer service cannot be accessed. This can occur if you are running safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. Everything was running fine until I tried to uninstall a program and now its all messing up. Please help!!

Your thread heading is "How do I get my computer out of safe mode", but the problem is that you can't run programs after you uninstalled that program. So does this happen in normal mode not safe mode?

First, try a System Restore to bring your computer a few days when it was working fine. If that didn't work, get yourself a good malware scanner like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and perform a full scan, your system could be infected. Let us know.
