Best video cards for cs4

I bought new computer, had XP, now Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. 500 gigs, lots a ram, but..
CS3 won't work. Bought CS4, Sony Camcorder won't detect..
Can anyone tell me if a "GeForce 9500 GT" card is 'good bad or ugly' with windows 7 and CS4?
