:bounce: I AM BUILDING A NEW SYSTEM AND WILL RUN DUEL MONITORS, BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A REMOTE MONITOR AND KEYBOARD IN THE UNATTACHED GARAGE TO ACCESS MY PROGRAMS AND INFO?
I'VE LOOKED AND SEEN BOXES CONNECTED VIA CAT5/6 WHICH COULD BE RUN UNDERGROUND TO THE GARAGE ? ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO THE BEST WAY TO RUN A THIRD MONITOR AND KEYBOARD??
( APPROX. 80 FT. TOTAL & EXCUSE THE CAPITOLS, I USE THEM ALL THE TIME TO SEE MORE CLEARLY ! )

SYSTEM IS: ASUS P6T WITH 12GB DDR3 AND ZOTAC 275 GRAPHICS AND I7920.

What are you looking to run? Have you thought about building a cheaper "slave" unit in the garage and equipping it with wireless N? If I'm not mistaken 802.11N has a 230 foot range. With the proper network access you can either remote access into the computer and literally run apps on the original machine, or you could access data etc and run the programs using the garage PC. Either way it could meet your needs depending on what you're looking to do. What are your ideas?
