CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V PRO
RAM: DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) 1866MHz CL9 1.5V
GPU: Asus Nvidia GTX660 TI-DC2O-2GD5
ATX: Cooler Master HAF XM

I decided buying Noctua NH-D14 cooler to have CPU overclocked at 4.4-4.6Ghz 24/7 and don't worry about temps and noise, however, i somehow feel that i might have problems fitting it...
While Cooler Master on its site wrote that there is no problems for using Noctua NH-D14 inside of Cooler Master HAF XM i feel that it might be a problem to have RAM with its heatsinks under the Noctua cooler. Here are the pics of MOBO and RAM:

you know performance from 1333-1600-1866 in ram is not noticable so I wouldn't get caught up in wanting the higher speed ram i use corsair xms3 ram thats 1333 running fine at 1600 and its low profile

There is no real need to chase 1866 ram. The benefit you get in real app performance or fps is minor with newer intel cpu's.

Benchmarks look good, but real app performance or FPS difference is perhaps 1%; not noticeable.

Also, unless you are heavily overclocking your ram, 1.5v ram does not need any heat spreaders at all. Fancy spreaders are mostly for marketing. I would just buy a low profile kit.

If you really want the vengeance ram, I think the heat spreaders can be removed, and/or the ram can be installed in the more distant two slots.

OK, so if i go with 1600Mhz low profile RAM sticks, do you think I better need the low CL valued ones, like CL7,CL8 or it doesn't also matter much, and i can get CL9 or CL10?

I had to move the front fan on my D14 to the back to allow for my tall RAM heat sinks.

So instead of a push/pull system I know have a pull/pull system if that makes sense.
