Hi,

I have a DDR3 1333.

I want to change my mother board, because it meets my requirements better . However, it supports DDR3 upto 1066 only.

Please tell me whether I could use my DDR3 1333 on that mother board.

Yes it will but it will downclock the 1333 to 1066 thereby giving you slower speeds.
You loose the maximum performance capability by putting higher functionality parts into a lower end mobo.
It would be nice to know the make and the models of the Mobo, RAM and your basic requirements for what purpose.....
