Well i want to use Intel I5 760 processor with the MSI P55A-GD55 at first. Together with EVGA GTX 460.But i didnt notice it doesnt support SLI.Well i was thinking maybe when the GTX 460 is getting slow, i would get another gtx 460 and do SLI then. Well so now i am stuck i cant decide which Motherboard that support SLI as all of them are over budget, except for the MSI P55-GD65 which may not be sold in my country. So can anyone advice me which is a better choice?

1)Get a ATI GPU(5770?)together with the MSI P55A-GD55?

2)Stick with the MSI P55A-GD55 and just a single GTX 460?

Thank You!

Option 3) MSI P55A-GD55 with an ATI 6850, which gives you the ability to Crossfire down the road.

This will give you similar performance to the GTX 460 and give you an upgrade path down the road. If you can provide a link to where you plan to purchase from or Country, we might be able to recommend other options for your motherboard.

Well the stores dun really have any online website. And i forgot about 6850 because i started my research before it was release. So i guess i would go with your suggestion cause i want to do SLI i need to spend 50 SGD more conpared to 7 USD. Well here are the prices for ATI 6850.

1)Stock 206 USD

2)Sapphire 206 USD

3) XFX 216 USD

The EVGA GTX 460 is about 206-207 USD so i guess the sapphire option is best for me.

XFX and Sapphire are the two best ATI GPU manufacturer's IMO, so the equally priced Sapphire is a good choice.

Agree... Nvidia is a great option but the OP has stated that at this time they can't budget the extra $50 for an SLI capable board in his country. This leaves AM3 & the 6850, as the next best options... IMO.
