Overclocking

Hey everyone I'm in need of some expert or anyone with knowledge in overclocking. I'm very new to this and got into through the Awesome Air force. But im looking at overclocking it. ok here are my specs

CPU- AMD Phenom II X4 925
Motherboard-Biostar TA790GXE
Memory-(2)Patriot PC2-6400 800MHZ (2x 1gb)kit 4gb total
Hard drive-Hitachi 1TB
Graphics-ATI Radeon HD 3300 Graphics built in with MOBO

I might of missed some things please anyone with input feel free to speak your mind. I would love the input and information. Thank You

A little note: You may need to increase RAM voltage a bit since you have 4x DIMMs.
