8800 GTS 512 vs 9800 GTX+

I currently have a BFG nVidia 8800 GTS OC 512mb graphics card. Would it be any upgrade for me to get a 9800 GTX+?

Almost no improvement. Those two cards are identical under the hood, the GTX+ is clocked a teensie bit higher.
ATI 5770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Is a good upgrade for similar price.
If you want to stay Nvdia then you can get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... but it costs more then the ATI card and it performs the same.
