Advanced Clock Calibration is set to All Cores.
Options are: -12%~+12%. what setting should the core be set to what does this do to the cpu when you change settings

I would just like to know what happens when you change the settings
from default -2% to a higher number say +4%.

It does nothing on Phenom II, Advanced Clock Calibration was added to help the orignal Phenom overclock and AMD never really specified how it works.
