MSI 875p NEO - SATA HDD not detecting

I'm trying to connect my 250gb sata hdd as an additional hard drive, already have 2 IDE hdd's connected and they are both working. I can feel that the hard drive has power since i can hear the humming sound and tiny vibration on the hdd. XP is not detecting this hdd at all Any ideas what could be wrong?

Motherboard is: MSI 875p Neo
Bios is: AMI Bios ver. 3.31a

I've also tried to connect it as primart without any ide drives and still it doesn't get detected by bios or xp.

Any ideas what to do?
