Hello,
I have jsut upgraded my Graphics card to ATI HD5770.

I was wondering what BIOS version I would be best using?

I am running Windows 7

Hello and welcome to the forums
It's recommended to have the latest BIOS installed but if you don't have any problems,then you may want to stick with the current BIOS.

Only problem I am having is a long POST on start up but from what I have been reading it seams to be quite a common problem with the HD 5770

Then try the latest BIOS and see if it helps
