I'm going to go ahead and say no. Period. You're sacrificing a lot of gaming performance for that SSD, and losing a lot with sub-par parts. Here's a much better build:

CPU: i5-750 and Asus P7P55D-E Pro $375. Better CPU and a higher quality, more future proof board.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2 GB 1600 mhz CAS Latency 7 $115. Faster RAM. Also, OCZ sticks have compatibility issues with a lot of boards.
GPU: HD 5870 $420
HDD: Seagate 7200.12 500 GB $55. Faster HDD. By a lot. Not to mention higher quality.
PSU: Corsair 750W 80+ $90 after rebate. That Xclio PSU is a POS.
Case: HAF 922 $90 after rebate. Same for the Xclio case. This is easily the best case out there.
Optical: Cheap SATA DVD burner $24
HSF (if OCing): Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus $35

Total: $1,204. Add in the montior.
