Hello,
I saw on this site that they only reccomended ddr3 1333 if you were building an I7 core. I am building a AMD Phenom II X6 1075T Thuban 3.0GHz Socket AM3 125W Six-Core with ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI mother board that takes the ddr3 1333/1066 which is the best?

You will be fine with either one. If you want faster, go with 1333 as opposed to the 1066.

I agree and thats what I thought, and yes 1333 it is without question, if i had to make an educated guess I would have done this anyways, its just been a few years since I put a machine together, mine died after 8 yrs of service, lol, athlon XP 2600, but it was able to be an organ donor with its pc 2700 lol. I still think I get more bang for the dollar with AMD but my laptop has the I7 and runs great but I cant justify the cost in that for a desktop....:)  Thanks again!!!
