i would like to play games like bad company 2, metro 2330 at my screen resolution 1680x1050 with high setting i guess

my PSU is Eagle tech

BFBC2 is demanding on high settings, I'd recommend a 5830 or 5850, Also if you could overclock your CPU alittle it would help.

Never heard of Eagle Tech to be honest, maybe someone else know's if there any good? If its half decent then it'll be enough to power either of my recommendations
