5970 with 650tx?

i-7 930, 5970, 2 cd/dvd drives, 2 hardrives, 4 gigs of ddr3.(no overclocking)

Yes, with 52A on the 12v. Don't OC anything, though.

Yep, you'll be cutting it very close so don't overclock your GPU. You can probably get away with a mild overclock on the i7.

I would suggest 3 or 6gb of ram to utilize the triple channel ram.

But yeah, 650W will work fine, even with a small cpu overclock. Wouldn't want to push a gpu overclock though.

I don't plan on overclocking at all....Feel better about my buy

Will work fine and you probably can overclock both cpu and gpu a bit if you wanted to later on.
