My recycle bin is emptying automatically, I want to put stop to it. pls help

The amt of space assigned to recycle bin may be set too small, or set to zero.
Right click recycle bin > properties> click on the drive in question. Slide the indictor to a higher % of the drive to use for recycle bin.
