My hard disk is making noises?

Hi! My hard disk is a few months old and makes soft, high pitch noises that I can barely hear. If i put my ear on it, i can hear clicking noises. But its not slow and i have full access to my files. Its a silicon power 1 TB hard disk. I just want to know if this is normal?

That doesn't sound to uncommon to me. Keep things backed up. Run the manufactures drive test to check it if you wanted.

The clicking sound associated with bad drives is usually fairly loud.
