i am able to get the driver for TH400 thermal printer WEP

It doesn't look like that printer is supported on Windows XP. The manufacturer provides no drivers for that model whatsoever, which usually means the driver is built into Windows - but only recent versions of Windows such as Windows 7 or Vista which include many more third-party drivers (especially Windows 7) than XP.
