The OCZ are okay, but with that MOBO Corsair TR3X6G1600C8D would be my first choice or faster. You have chosen a great MOBO; don't go with cheap components.

I would go with the PNY 6 gb deal for $77 after rebate. I've used PNY from frys, and never had any problems with it. The ocz doesn't get very good reviews. The PNY runs at 1.65 volts, so you may have to manually set the voltage at the first post screen. Check the bios for the ram voltage. This is true of many brands running at 1600.
