Search for images using modem

Hello,
am working on m graduation project and i need som help.
am looking for a chip that doing image processing and can be connected to modem
i found some chips but it doesnt reach my goals
with JPEG format.can be connected to a modem that searchs the image i need on the web and return the result so i can use it.

Can you elaborate some more please its hard to understand what you are asking for. A chip? What kind of chip?
