Newbie needing help

So this is my first watercooling build and I'm not sure if I've got this right?
I dont want to use a kit and I only want to overclock slightly but I like overkill in my pc's
My current specs are:
terrible small case
Intel i7 2600k No OC
Asus GTX 560TI No OC
16GB G-Skill rip jaw ram (4x4gb)
4 HDD's
Kinda bad P67 Mobo

and I'm probably going to upgrade my terrible case to a CM Storm Trooper and my GPU to EVGA GTX 670 FTW!

Now the thing is i want to cool my CPU and GPU but im not sure about RAM and 4 HDD'S
First of all, will the CM Storm Trooper be big enough?
Second, should i cool the RAM and 4 HDD'S ?
Third, should I upgrade my GTX 560 if i OC it?
Fourth, will the components i will say in a minute work?
Fifth, if not what components do i need also/ to replace?
And Finally what loop should i do?

I would not think it necessary to cool your hdd's or ram
