How to change from outlook to hotmail

i inadvertently hooked up w/outlook ex but i want hotmail as my primary e mail how towitch back

Outlook Express is a client for multi-email accounts that can retrieve and send e-mails without a browser.
Hotmail is Microsoft's owned web based e-mail server with pop/smtp capabilities.
