keyboard functions in bios but not after

I have a problem wish my keyboard does not work after the bio. It works fine in bios but when I boot the key board does not work with the computer,
I believe it to be a malware problem because i muse malware bytes to remove a lot of pup files and i believe I fell for a trick to read a file and it ran some kond of program.
the mouse will work, seperat usb plug. also wireless mouse works but the keyboard will not show typing, the computer does not recoginize the kekyboard after bios
Please help?

Not necessarily, it might be a corrupt driver problem too! Nonetheless, you should remove the driver from device manager and reinsert your keyboard. The os will detect your keyboard and reinstall fresh plug n play drivers or usb drivers, whichever applicable. :D
