MB Requirements for Nvidia Fermi

Is there any motherboard requirements to use Nvidia Fermi with an AMD Phenom x6?
Also does ATI have something that would compare to cuda and if so what are the mobo requirements if any?

Most AM3 MOBOs support both the nVidia {single GPU; only a few support SLI} and the 6-cores; always check and verify your BIOS version. ATI FirePro {Stream} series is the closest to CUDA, but they're not compatible.
