Fan help

Hey guys i bought this fan today its a 120mm masscool fan it has a 3pin for the motherboard and a molex, what i want to know is do i plug both in or just one? its going in an antec300 in the back on the case

either/or ...

... most PSUs have a "Fans Only Molex Leg" on the harness ... usually has black and yellow wires only ...

... Depends on if you want active fan control.
