Looking fo a gpu fan controller

Im in search for a fan controller program that will automatically up the fan speed when the temperature goes up.
i would like a program that u can state a temperature the u want it to run at, and as the temperature goes up that fan will kick on just enough to cool it down, i dont want it to be full bore all the time like riva tuner.

my problem is the card temp idles at 57 c and once it reaches just over 70 c it turns off the monitor.
card is a 8800gt oc bfg nvidia
any help would be good

Some in the forum recommended me to try Speedfan to monitor temperature, but hence its name you should try it out.

found nvidia performance software, u can set a rule and have it change as it gets hotter.
