Hey everyone,
I have a stock Dell Dimension E520 and I'm looking to upgrade my stock video card to an ATI 5670 and I'm pretty sure that my power supply is not going to handle the card. So, I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a nice a power supply that would be compatible for my system. Thanks, have a nice day.

its the 305w (same as the 300w) unit and will be fine for the ATI 5670, I ran the 9600GT and 9800GT off the exact same unit and both cards require more power then the ATI 5670.

Not really the same.
The 305w is a Newton/Delta rated for 22 amps of 12v power.
The 300w is a Bestec (or maybe Flextronics at this point ) that is rated at 19a.

i did not know they switched to Bestec; Delta still lists DELL as a client so I just assumed then made the 300w also :)

They [ Delta] do make one of the 300 watt units that has been used, but all I have ever seen in the E52x line were the N/D's.
Acbel, Liteon, Flextronics and Bestec have also been used in other machines.
I haven't seen one of the Delta 300's yet.
