If you are at stock speeds, it is little on the high side but not high enough to throw up the red flag to make required adjustments. If you have overclocked your CPU, I would say your temps are more on the "fine" side but on the outer edge of being hot.
In the end, I don't see your temps being at the point you need to take action to address them. Continue to monitor down the road and adjust/address higher temps as needed.
Okay, so it turns out my cooler was defective, so I'm going to get that replaced, and that should fix things.
I'm running this at stock speeds, but want to overclock. Of course, I couldn't with those temps.
