Need help selecting a mobo

I am selecting a LGA-1156 mobo for Intel core i7-860 CPU. Will use it for gaming, photoshop and 3ds max. Also planning to install 4 to 8 gb of RAM. I also would like it to have USB 3.0 and SATA 3.0 ports. And of course, for a decent price - no more than 250$
