RAM Clarification

Hi, I just ordered a new motherboard, the ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...0X_ATX_AMD_Motherboard-_-13-131-402-_-Product. It has 4 slots for RAM, and I already have 2 sticks of RAM. Is it possible that I could combine my current 2 sticks with another 2 and use all 4 although they are from a different company and are not matched together (2 sticks are from each set, but not all 4 together)?

You'll just have to try it. Try to find some with the same specs and voltage as your first two.
