Can someone recommend a decent AMD motherboard to me that costs $110 or less, has an AM3 CPU socket, can handle RAM speed of DDR3 1600(RAM is G.Skill Ripjaws Series), has at least 1 PCI-express 2.0 x16, ATX preferably (can be micro ATX if it has to be), Kind of want it to be the newer SATA or whatever(i think it can do 6 Gb/s), and maybe have USB 3.0.

P.S. It only HAS TO HAVE the first 4, but I would prefer to have all of those features. Oh and please recommend one that has a VERY VERY LOW CHANCE OF BEING DoA. I just can't choose one because most of the ones have a lot of reviews saying the board was DoA and I hate RMAing things. o_O Thanks!

Lots of doa boards are due to operator error or trying to use the new 6 core amd cpus without the latest bios. I would look at the asrock 890gx extreme 3. It's priced right and has many of the latest features. I'm trying the ripjaws ram soon. Hope it works.

For $169 I would get a HD 5830 (xfx) off Amazon

For the mobo i have an asus m4n75td (99$) which is great (but no USB 3) and would meet your needs or you may want to consider a ASUS M4A87TD ($84 Newegg) which has USB 3 and all the other stuff you wanted.
You could use a 600W PSU for your build with no problems, but 650W leaves some room for more kit.
BTW I like the case and a couple of blue cold cathodes would look great.
