Problem switching to new case

i just recieved my new case and swapped all the parts from the old one to the new one. when i hit the power button all of the fans turn on, including the video cards fan but i get a high pitched buzzing noise. Im not sure where its coming from. i made sure all the connections were right and that all the components were seated and still i get the buzzing sounds and no boot. any help would be greatly appreciated.
