Thermaltake Element G or Cooler Master Sniper

Hi guys,
I'm having a really hard time deciding between Thermaltake Element G and Cooler Master Storm Sniper so I have a few questions about them:
1. Which one do you think is better?
2. Which one do you think runs more quiet at high fan speed?
3. Does the sniper come with a side fan?

I'd say sniper all the way.. Its better constructed, has better features and cable management and runs cooler also.. However, its audible at highest fan speed settings but chances are that you wont need to go till that at all (the temp differences are not that huge).. Comparatively, am not sure how much (if any at all) the thermaltake is silent at highest fan speeds..

I have used the thermaltake case for 15 builds now (lan center) and its quality and low noise level is amazing.

I have taked to Thermaltakes customer service the other day about buying replacement fans for a element V was told both by email and live phone that can not buy the exact fans that come on it, these did not make a couple of my customers happy so ive had real good relations with Cool Master and thats all Im going to build from know on.
The Sniper case if not the best casr made its in the top 2-3.

If I were buying cases today and hadn't standardized on Antec 900's back before the CM Sniper was available, I'd buy CM Snipers.

CM still hasn't learned to build PSU's yet, but they do build good cases.
