Fan direction in Bitfenix Prodigy with NH-L12

Hi guys,

I'm building my first mini-ITX gaming/HTPC computer and I'm not sure how should I position the top fan of the case.

I'm using a Noctua NH-L12 which apparently works better by blowing air to the CPU (my first thought was to mount it so it would blow air away from the processor). Thing is, if I use the top fan as exhaust, it might be in conflict with the heatsink fan, since they're very close to each other.

I have a 230mm spectre pro in the front, if that helps. It might be easier to see with a picture

The one marked in green is the one I'm asking about.

Thanks for your help!
