Best Gaming PC 800$-850$ ?

My current Spec:

CPU/Processor >> Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.20GHz
Motherboard >> Fujitsu simens G31T-M2
RAM >> 2 gb DDR2
Video Card >> ATI HD 4770 512mb GDDR5
Hard Drive >> 360 GB
Power Supply >> FSP350-60HLC,350W/ATX12V 2.0/220-240V/Active cooling
OS >> Windows 7 x64-Bit


Can my current PC run (metro 2033 , assassin's creed 2 , blur , battlefield bad company 2 ...) in High-Med setting @1440x900 Res So i can buy one and run it smoothly ?

I want to built my own Gaming PC and this is my first time ! So i really some advice about wish compenent should i chose for best money + performance
And i really want to play the 2010 game at High-Med setting @1440x900 Res !
such as : metro 2033 , assassin's creed 2 , blur , battlefield bad company 2 ...
