Any dual enclosures that just duplicate data to drives?

Hi,

I'd like to get an 2-drive enclosure similar to G-SAFE or Newertech Guardian Maximus that just duplicates data
to both drives when copying to it. I dont want a proprietary RAID 1 setup though.

I would just like to pull out the drives when full and be able to store each in different locations but also be able to
pop them in a SATA dock enclosure and be able to read them. I heard data written to typical RAID 1 hardware setups
cannot be read by normal docks.
