Thanks in advance for your tips...

I have this computer, it's a COMPAC PRESARIO:

DualCore Intel Pentium E5300, 2600 MHz (13 x 200)
4096 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series (512 MB) - ATI Radeon HD 4350
Samsung SyncMaster 710M/710V/MagicSyncMaster CX701BM/CX711BM [17" LCD]

SOUND: ATI Radeon HDMI @ ATI RV710/730 - High Definition Audio Controller
SOUND: Realtek ALC662 @ Intel 82801GB ICH7 - High Definition Audio Controller [A-1]

I want a better graphic card, but I won't change my monitor in a short time,
Which is the best choice for me?

Also, can anyone explain me why i have this two audio "Things"...

The two audio things are due to the fact that your ATI card has a sound chip for audio through its HDMI and your motherboard has a sound chip for its outputs as well.

Also, we will need the specs of your power supply (12V amps if possible) before we can make many GFX card recommendations.

Bro, i have a E5300 OC'ed to 3.12 Ghz.

I have a ATI Radeon 4670, and it bottlenecks. I should've bought something better.
I recommend at least a 5670, or preferably an ATI 5770. The 5770 is Strongly recommended.
Don't get anything more powerful, our CPU is too weak.

Whats the Maximum Resolution of u're monitor?
And Btw, u almost definitely need to upgrade ure PSU, no matter what you get, minimum to 400 W. Preferably, get 450W or 500 W.
