Hi,

I' m planning to purchase the P5G41C-M LX and use it with a Pentium 4 CPU @ 3GHz (LGA775).
Here' s my question:
Are DDR3@1066MHz (Kingston KVR1333D3N9/2G) compatible with this configuration? Will they work at 800MHz or the pc won't even boot?

Thank you!

I would choose another board; why buy one with 2 ddr2 slots if you already have ddr3? If your budget permits, check for some x38 boards at closeout pricing. To answer your question, the 1066 should run fine on that board. Don't know if it will run at 1066 or 800; this may depend on your cpu fsb and built in bios memory multipliers, also called ratios. But the board will boot if your kingston is standard non-ecc ram.
