Hello,

I have Acer 5735 laptop and Sumsung PDP 42" TV. I have tried connecting my TV with VGA output (Intel chipset 4500), but it did not work. TV can accept DVI, PC, component cable, HDMI and RCA.

Please help me.

Thanks

THANKS MR. G
I HAVE DOWNLOADED LATEST VERSION OF 4500 INTEL CHIPSET DRIVER WHERE COMPONENT, S-VIDEO, COMPOSITE, SCART CONNECTION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
BUT IT DOES NOT SUPPORT TV SETTING. I HAVE TRIED ALL OPTIONS.
SAMSUNG TV HAS HDMI, RCA, COMPONENT, DVI, PC CONNECTION PORT.

THE SCREEN APPEARS DURING STARTING AND SHUT DOWN TIME ONLY.

TV DISPLAYS THE INFORMATION " MODE NOT SUPPORTED"

MY DVD PLAYER IS HAVING INTERLACED VGA OUTPUT. THE TV IS WORKING WITH THE SAME CABLE FROM DVD VGA PORT BUT NOT WORKING FROM LAPTOP.

PLEASE HELP.

THANKS

I looked at your TV's connect to PC guide. Anyway lower your res on y our laptop to 1024x768 and the refresh rate to 60hrz. If you don't know how to do this right click on the desktop and go to properties or display properties, go for display settings on monitir resolution.
